We only require a £50 deposit to be made to secure your booking.

The rest of the balance can be paid up to 2 days before your party date.

Unfortunately, we do not accept cash or cheque as a payment method. You can however pay by bank transfer if you wish.

Our van holds up to 8 children.

Once your payment has been made, you will be sent an email confirmation 

A gaming warrior party rep will call you either the day before or on the morning of your party to confirm everything is on schedule. The van and staff will then arrive at your chosen location approximately 15-30 minutes before your party start time to set everything up.

Our vans are 7.5 metres in length and approximately 2.3 metres wide so we need a space big enough for 2 car spaces for the van to park comfortably. 

We do not provide food or drink, we also ask that you do not bring food/sweets/gum/drinks/water etc inside the gaming van. Feel free to hop out for snacks / drinks at any time. 

We mean that we just need a simple plug socket to plug in to so that we have power to run the equipment on board. We will provide everything, including extension leads that can reach up to 20 metres in length.

The responsibility would be of the person that made the booking. 

We would not be able to proceed with a party if there is not parking made available to us as we can only carry out parties on a stationary basis. If parking needs to be paid for, then this needs to be carried out by the person responsible for making the booking with us. If adequate parking is not available and a ticket is written out to us, then the payment of the ticket would again be under the person who made the booking’s responsibility. Yes, on board we have a large selection of games available. These can be chosen by talking to the gaming staff.

We generally would not allow young children to play games outside of their age range that could be inappropriate. However, some games are permitted with parents’ guidance and permission. 

 Yes, our staff are fully DBS checked and trained. However we encourage parents to stay and join in where possible!!

Not at all. We also do parties for big kids (adults), corporate events, weddings, stags and hen’s. 

We have our own Internet connection. However in some places we may have a poor signal strength. To guarantee a better experience we also carry on board a long internet cable that we can use to connect to your internet.

In the rare occurrence our vehicle cannot physically make it to your party, there is two options; We will without fail make sure you receive every penny you have paid us or we can rebook you depending on how long our van takes to get back on the road.
